Cider Bank PAYback check card

Here's a check card that's good to use together with a 2% deposit and withdrawal account (maximum interest rate) in Cider Bank.
What is cool about this Check Card?
(1) There is no requirement of last month's using amount or something.
(This is charming condition. Not many card product provide this in Korea. Most of card products in Korea provide discount or any other benefits only when there was card usage of enough amount last month. For example, more than \300,000 WON use last month, or more than \600,0000 WON use last month.)
(2) No ATM fee at all ATM (including convenience stores)
